Sailing in the British Virgin Islands is world class.

Sailing in the British Virgin Islands is world class. The reef lined beaches, make perfect anchorages and we’ll have the opportunity aboard our 50 foot monohull yacht to explore remote towns, the beautiful Sage National Park and the picturesque Gorda Island where we find ‘The Baths’, a beautiful array of beachside boulders to relax around. Evenings see us take in the local restaurants, culture and live music scene. Our trip operates in the quiet season, making for a more enjoyable and less crowded experience than is usually the case. Just a short flight from North America and with easy connections from Europe and the UK, this small trip adventure is a real gem.

Arrive into Lettsome International Airport where your skipper will meet you and escort you to our fabulous hotel. Settle in, explore and we meet for an evening meal together and collect any last minute items needed before we go sailing.

Included: Dinner

After breakfast at our hotel, with a fully provisioned yacht, we will show people to their cabins and you’ll get a full safety briefing. Then its time to hoist the sails and head off on our adventure. Our first night plan (always subject to change depending on where the wind blows) is Norman Island where there is a wonderful anchorage for the evening. Take a snorkel and then back to the boat to scrub up ready for dinner on shore.

Included: All meals

We’ll set off first thing with breakfast on the go, for some snorkelling at The Indians, where there are some particularly impressive rock formations. As we sail the archipelago of the Three Sisters, we sail to Peter Island where we’ll stop for lunch at the Oceans 7 restaurant and onto Cooper Island where we’ll stop and have a barbeque aboard the yacht in Manchioneel Bay. Take a swim to Cistern Point for some snorkeling, take a SUP for a paddle or relax at the Cooper Island Beach Club.

Included: All meals

After breakfast we’ll sail to ‘The Baths’ on the south part of Virgin Gorda. A spectacular array of rocks with natural pools. The afternoon sees us sail to the Marina Cays, where we relax in the marina and swim in a two level pool.

Included: All meals

Today you’ll be heading to North Sound, Virgin Gorda where you will find a little something for everyone. Why not break up your sail with a stop at The Dogs? An excellent snorkeling and diving site as with all National Parks, it is a cluster of three small islets.

After lunch, onward up into the North Sound, to our destination, Leverick Bay, which has everything we could ever need. Spa anyone? Multiple restaurants, excellent bars and live entertainment on most evenings, make this a great place for the night.

Included: All meals

If weather permits, we’ll set sail early to Anegada, sailing past Necker, Sir Richard Bransons Island en route. Anegada is a real treat. We’ll jump in a cab and explore Cow Wreck, Loblolly Bay and the beach club. Wildlife abounds in the form of rock iguanas and flamingos. The fantastic outer reef, Horseshoe Reef, is rich in marine life and perfect for snorkeling or diving and dotted with shipwrecks.

Included: All meals

All going well, we’ll get to sail downwind to Jost Van Dyke. We’ll stop at Monkey point for a snorkel, where there is a lot of marine life such as sponges and incredible coral. We’ll likely see tarpon, yellow jacks and snapper as a matter of course. We continue to Great Harbor on Jost Van Dyke, home to Foxy’s where they are well known for live music and barbeques on the weekends. With this in mind, it makes for a great stop for the whole family. In fact, you can pick up your overnight mooring, then jump in the dinghy and head around the point into White Bay. Enjoy a ‘Painkiller’ at the Soggy Dollar Bar or a Delirious Donkey at Hendo’s Hideout before heading back around to Great Harbor for dinner.

Included: All meals

After a relaxed breakfast we sail around the western end of Tortola and back to the marina. Tonight sees a celebration dinner back at our hotel.

Included: All meals

After breakfast and a relaxing morning, we’ll get you back to the airport in time for your flight back home.

Included: Breakfast
