Compliment your river journey with a visit to the most famous of Moroccan landmarks, The Sahara Desert. Visit berber villages, ride camels and explore the massive dunes of Erg Chebbi. In contrast, Morocco is also home to some of the best beaches in the world. Essaouira is a gorgeous seaside town situated directly west of Marrakech. It is the perfect place to eat fresh fish, sit in great cafes and get in a bit of sun at the end of your holiday.
