What do you love most about multi day trips?
What I love about multi days trips is I can collect more experience with many people from around the world. I also very much enjoy talking to our guests from different countries.

Your best river meal you like to prepare?
Lasagna and pizza
Favourite rapid ?
I like all of the rivers of Nepal and my favourite rapids are Godshouse on the Karnali and Ashram on the Tamur.
Most important piece of equipment you take on every adventure ?
A bottle of water in my kayak.
What did you do when you are not in river ?
I love to trek. Who wouldn’t in Nepal?

I really enjoy Nepali folk songs
Best River story?
If I wrote a story then it’s too long! That’s why I think it’s is better if you come on a trip and experience it for yourself.
Favourite river trip ?
All rivers in Nepal! I also love to raft the Zanskar in India
